ISHRS Membership Dues

Invoices for 2009 dues renewals are mailed to ISHRS members in mid-November. Renewal payments are due January 1, 2009.


The following fees have been assessed for 2009 if paid by January 1, 2009:

Physician Members: $510

Adjunct Members: $510

Resident Members: $185

Surgical Assistant Members: $125

Emeritus Members: $0

Any ISHRS member whose dues are unpaid by February 28, shall cease to be a member in good standing, and shall lose all rights and privileges of membership until the delinquency is satisfied.
